This is the size small. There are three pockets on the outside front and one on the inside. You can functionally store everyday essentials such as sunscreen, handkerchiefs, smartphones, notebooks, pens, etc.  It can be used as a storage pouch or bag-in-bag. By attaching a strap, it can also be used as a mini-sized shoulder bag (straps sold separately)
